    Eco-friendly Textile Printing

     We only use water-based inks–a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable alternative to traditional plastisol inks. Our inks are made without PVC or harsh chemicals, and they clean up with soap and water, reducing environmental impact and studio waste.

     

    These inks soak into fabric rather than sitting on top, creating a soft, breathable print that feels as good as it looks. While being eco-conscious and non-toxic, they also offer vibrant color and long-lasting quality.

  • T-Shirt & Totebag Packages

    Our fabric-based packages are offered in a few varieties and allow clients to provide their own “blanks”.

    Details:

    • Minimum order of 30 pieces. Cost per piece increases for smaller runs.

    • Images can be up to 10 x 10 inches, submitted as a 300 dpi black and white file.

    • Must provide 10% surplus (minimum of 2 additional items per size/color) to allow for color testing, proofing, and misprints.

    • We’re happy to help you source shirts or totebags, or direct you to our favorite suppliers. 

    • Add $1/item for other types of apparel (i.e. sweatshirts)

  • Poster Packages

    Poster packages range from economical single-color prints to classic three-color screenprints, perfect for a classic “gig poster”.

    Details:

    • Minimum order of 30 pieces. Cost per piece increases for smaller runs.

    • Image must have a minimum .5” border; Additional costs apply for “bleed prints”.

    • Images can be submitted as a 300 dpi .psd, .esp, or .ai file with each color on a separate layer; Additional costs may apply for digital file prep.

    • We’re happy to help you select paper using our in-house swatchbook library.

    Edition Sizes

    There is no minimum or maximum; however, we are only able to offer our “per piece” print package pricing for orders of 30+ items.

    Maximum Dimensions

    Our studio is equipped for printing on paper or fabric up to 30”x42”.

    Basic File Requirements

    • 300+ dpi
    • PDF files are generally preferred.
    • Document dimensions should match the paper/substrate dimensions.
    • Avoid script fonts, light fonts, and font sizes under 10 points.
    • Process/Process will provide additional technical guidelines as needed.

    Color Options

    All inks are hand mixed and matched by eye. Inks can be matched to any digital or physical sample, however, matching to a Pantone Solid Uncoated color is ideal. Specialty inks, like metallic or fluorescent colors, are typically available for a small additional fee. 

  • Basic Terms

    • Estimates are valid for 30 days.

    • All digital files must be approved. Files may be rejected because they do not meet objective technical requirements (like minimum DPI), or because of other printability issues like excessive ink coverage or blurriness.

    • Complimentary proofs are not available. Printed proofs may be requested for a fee.

    • Print packages and orders under $500 require full payment in advance. All other projects require a 50% deposit.

    • Full payment is required at the time of pick-up.

    • All projects are the sole intellectual property of the client. However, Process/Process may photograph projects during and after production. These photos may be used to promote printing services, in which case the client will clearly be attributed. 

    • Process/Process will produce and retain one Printer's Proof from each project. When possible, the Printer's Proof will be signed by the artist.
